Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and guidelines for using the Pyvorin platform and services. By accessing or using Pyvorin, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Pyvorin to:
- Upload, compile, or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or trafficking in prohibited goods.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our infrastructure or other users' accounts.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or distribute spam.
- Process or store data classified as restricted or classified by government authorities without explicit written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Pyvorin compiler or runtime except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Fair Use
Pyvorin compiler jobs are intended for legitimate software development and testing. You may not use the platform to mine cryptocurrency, run botnets, or engage in cryptojacking.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account.
- Legal action, including referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
- Forfeiture of any prepaid credits or subscriptions without refund.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of Pyvorin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
