Frequently Asked Questions
How does licence activation work?
When you sign up, your licence key is tied to your account. The Pyvorin CLI validates the key against our licence server on first use. Enterprise customers can request an offline permit for air-gapped environments.
Can I cancel or change tiers at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Until Stripe checkout is live, just email us and we will handle the change manually.
Is the Pilot programme really free?
Absolutely. The Pilot tier is free for private testers. We ask for feedback in return, but there is no credit card required and no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
What is the difference between Standard and Enterprise licence?
The Standard licence covers production use for a single organisation with standard support. The Enterprise licence adds custom legal terms, SLAs, offline permits, and dedicated onboarding assistance.
Not sure which tier fits?
Book a 20-minute demo and we will walk you through the compiler, the benchmark suite, and the right licence for your team.
