These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pyvorin website, customer dashboard, API, and compilation services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Pyvorin Technologies Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised terms.
