Confidentiality Notice

1. Purpose

This notice explains how confidential information shared by Pyvorin is protected. It applies to materials marked confidential, private beta content, non-public technical disclosures, investor materials, and pilot programme documentation.

2. Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

• Unpublished technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and source code
• Investor presentations, financial projections, and due diligence materials
• Private beta features, roadmaps, and internal benchmarks not yet published
• Customer pilot results shared under non-disclosure

3. Obligations

If you receive confidential information from Pyvorin, you agree to keep it confidential, not disclose it to third parties without written consent, and use it only for the purpose for which it was provided.

4. NDA

For detailed technical disclosures, investor due diligence, or customer pilot agreements, Pyvorin may require a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please contact legal@pyvorin.com to request one.

5. General Website Use

Simply browsing our public website does not create a confidentiality obligation. Only materials explicitly marked as confidential or shared under separate terms are covered.
